EAA Chapter 297 invites you to their Annual Fall Fly-In at Stag Air Park on Saturday October 9th. BBQ lunch will be served from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm at the No Whinning Saloon. Come on, fly in your experimental, antique, spam can, LSA, war bird, blimp or whatever - just get here for a great Fall break. With good luck the Fall colors will be at their peak!
Instant, well kind'a quick at least, photos will be given to pilots and their crews as mementos of the fly-in. Don't forget to comb your hair and wear a smile.
Computer flight simulators will be available for the kids to sharpen their aviator skills. Maybe dad and mom might play with these as well if their youngsters will let them.
So, get out of the house, put fall air in your tires, crank up the bird, and head on down to Stag Air Park on Saturday, October 9th for some great BBQ, hush puppies and all the fixin's, and fun hangar flying. We want to see this page's header photo filled with your airplanes.
Stag Air Park (7NC1) is located near Burgaw, North Carolina and is shown on the Charlotte sectional.
