EAA Chapter 297 invites you to their Annual Ben Kennedy memorial Spring Fly-In at Stag Air Park on Saturday May 9th. BBQ lunch will be served from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm at the No Whinning Saloon. Come on, fly in your experimental, antique, spam can, LSA, war bird, blimp or whatever - just get here for a great spring break.

Young Eagles flights will be available from 9 until 11 am. While this is a public rally the flights are by appointmnet only. To secure a reservation for your 8 to 17 year old youngster call Karen Ellison at 910-686-4645 or send her an e-mail. Registration/parental permission forms are available here.

Learn how to select the right wire for the job, how to make secure connections, how to attach the wires so they don't get tangled in your feet during those high G maneuvers?

Computer flight simulators will be available for the kids to sharpen their aviator skills. Maybe dad and mom might play with these as well if their youngsters will let them.

So, get out of the house, put spring air in your tires, crank up the bird, and head on down to Stag Air Park on Saturday, May 9th for some great BBQ, hush puppies and all the fixin's, and fun hangar flying.
